Having trouble filing your tax return before April 15?

If you cannot file your U.S. individual income tax return before April 15, you may apply for an extension. The IRS allows you to extend the due date of filing your tax return to October 15 if you request it promptly before April 15. Although you may send the request directly to the IRS by yourself, for your convenience, we can apply for the extension on your behalf.

Option 1: Choose Our Service
Cost: $ Service Charge (Postage Included)

You will be asked to fill out our online form. We will mail your extension request to the IRS as soon as the application is completed and the payment is made. Please note that the extension is for extending the filing of your tax return (1040 etc.). If you owe money to the IRS, the late payment fee and the interest on any tax not paid by April 15 will be still charged by them.

* The service is closed. Please come back next year.

Option 2: Do It Your Self
Cost: Postage (Unless using IRS e-file)

  1. Go to the IRS website and download Form 4868.

  2. The form comes with the instruction. Read the instruction carefully.

  3. Complete the form by filling all information requested.

  4. Mail the form to the IRS address specified in the instruction before April 15, 2009. Depending on where you live, the mailing address is different. You may also choose to pay part or all of your estimate of your tax at the same time. The IRS also accepts electronic filing of Form 4868 by accessing IRS e-file via your home computer or a tax professional who uses e-file.
