ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Adept Accounting LLC ("Adept") provides EZ1040Extension.com services (defined below) to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at our page. By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the TOS.

DESCRIPTION OF EZ1040EXTENSION.COM SERVICES
Adept collects the online data entered by you to prepare and submit the application of filing the U.S. Individual Income Tax Return to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). You understand and agree that Adept will not initiate any service requested by you until we verify the recipient of your full payment made to us. Adept uses a third-party vendor, PayPal, Inc., to collect the payment from you. By electing to use your PayPal account to make a purchase through Adept, you are agreeing to the Merchant-Initiated Payment billing agreement through PayPal. This billing agreement establishes a relationship between you and Adept through PayPal and allows you to authorize Adept to withdraw funds for payment of purchases you make at our site directly from your PayPal account. You will receive an email notification from PayPal informing you of the acceptance of this Merchant-Initiated Payment agreement. You understand and agree that Adept reserves the right to deny your service request at any time if we determine that it is unfeasible. You also understand and agree that the EZ1040Extension.com services is provided "AS-IS" and Adept assumes no responsibility for the damage caused by timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or other unanticipated events that caused delay or disruption of our services. You understand and agree that even if the IRS denies your extension request for any reason, Adept reserves the right collect the full service charge from you and no refund will be issued to you.

NO COMMERCIAL REUSE OF EZ1040EXTENSION.COM SERVICES
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion or use of, or access to, the EZ1040Extension.com services.

MODIFICATIONS TO EZ1040EXTENSION.COM SERVICES
Adept reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the EZ1040Extension.com services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Adept shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the EZ1040Extension.com services (or any part thereof).

ADEPT AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE EZ1040EXTENSION.COM SERVICES OR SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (ii) THE EZ1040EXTENSION.COM SERVICES OR SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE EZ1040EXTENSION.COM SERVICES OR SOFTWARE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE EZ1040EXTENSION.COM SERVICES OR SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND (v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED. 3. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE EZ1040EXTENSION.COM SERVICES OR SOFTWARE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION WITH RESPECT TO ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, INTERNET ACCESS, DOWNLOAD OR DISPLAY DEVICE, OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL. 4. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM ADEPT OR THROUGH OR FROM THE EZ1040EXTENSION.COM SERVICES OR SOFTWARE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TOS.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ADEPT AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF ADEPT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (a) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE EZ1040EXTENSION.COM SERVICE; (b) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES; (c) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (d) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE EZ1040EXTENSION.COM SERVICE; OR (e) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE EZ1040EXTENSION.COM SERVICE.
